Didn’t even receive the correct item. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took over 3 weeks for the package to even leave their warehouse and be shipped. Then to get an item that is NOT what I ordered. Then when I emailed them about it, I wait over a week to get a response and they want me to jump through hoops for their mistake. Save yourself by not even bothering with KIN.
