Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive customer engagement for our growing apparel brand. This is a strategic role where you'll own the full customer lifecycle marketing experience, from acquisition through retention, working directly with our CEO to execute high-impact campaigns that drive revenue growth.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Own customer lifecycle and create strategies

  • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing strategy using Klaviyo and Yotpo platforms

  • Continuously optimize automated email and SMS flows to drive conversions and customer retention

  • Plan and implement holiday sales and promotions to maximize seasonal revenue opportunities

  • Develop compelling product descriptions and collections on our Shopify website

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data insights to optimize future email and SMS marketing strategies

  • Segment and manage email and SMS subscriber lists to ensure targeted and effective communication

  • Manage customer retention platforms, including Yotpo Reviews, Rewards & Referrals, and optimize their synergy with paid marketing channels

  • Guide and supervise graphic designer(s) to maintain a high standard of creative content for email and other channels.

  • Create landing pages for product launches and lead generation campaigns to grow email and SMS subscriber lists

  • Plan our monthly marketing calendar and coordinate cross-channel campaigns

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign performance and drive continuous improvement


What We’re Looking For

  • Must have hands-on experience with:

    • Shopify (website management)

    • Klaviyo (email marketing)

    • Yotpo (SMS marketing, reviews, loyalty, referrals)

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization

  • Proven track record of managing successful promotional campaigns and sales events

  • Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies and loyalty program management

  • Understanding of email deliverability and SMS compliance best practices

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
