Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

  • USPS, UPS, & DHL
  • We ship to the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, Europe, parts of Asia, and Africa

Expected time of delivery

    • Orders with available items ship within 2 days after order is placed
    • Customers can expect delivery 1-5 days after shipment.
    • If your order has not arrived 7 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier or info@kinapparel.org for assistance.
    • Note: If you live outside of the USA, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

Shipping Fees U.S.

  • Domestic Orders over $150 - Free Shipping
  • Orders under $150 - shipping is priced by weight 
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes do not qualify for our 3-Day Shipping option

Shipping Fees International  

    • Shipping is priced by weight and destination
    • In completing your purchase, you will pay shipping costs. However, duties and taxes will still be due for you to officially receive your order.
    • Duties and taxes are independent costs required by customs to import goods from another country. Every country does calculate these differently, so using this duty calculator may help you get ahead of your costs and estimate your expected duties and taxes.
    • We understand that this could be an inconvenience for our international customers, and we are working diligently to improve this process! We hope to have an improved flow for our international customers by Spring 2022.

Shipping Insurance 

  • The best way to ensure your package is to select route shipping protection at checkout. If your package is lost, damaged or stolen in transit, route shipping protection can assist in getting a replacement.
  • We do not guarantee the free replacement of orders that are mis-delivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
  • Please reach out to info@kinapparel.org for any shipping concerns or to report an issue with your shipment.

Returns

  • If a customer wants to return item(s) for store credit or an exchange, KIN Apparel asks that customers cover return label costs. We do not offer cash refunds, just store credit or exchanges. If you received a defective item or the wrong item, we take full responsibility and will issue a return label and provide a 35% refund or 100% store credit. Address Changes/Incorrect Address Policy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be processed after an order has been placed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer.
  • KIN Apparel will not refund or replace orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
