I hate posting this, because I was extremely excited when I got my hoodie but it started to rip at the seam not even the next day. I was in contact with someone who said they could give me a return label to get a new one OR 35% refund after seeing the pictures. I asked for a return label and haven’t heard anything since. They were quick to respond in the beginning and then went silent unless it was about buying another product. I reached out again on the site and I’m still waiting on a response. Honestly, as much as I HATE saying this, proceed with caution if you decide to purchase
